The network presents a list of changes it wants to make on the show.

Larry makes endless changes to the show to meet the network notes. Artie almost has a heart attack while arguing with the network.

Hank is distraught about what he'll do when the show goes down.

Phil quits working for the show when the network gives him a pilot, which turns into a train wreck.
